About The Role

The Founder’s Office – Senior: Growth, Strategy & Partnerships role is a high-ownership position covering business strategy, B2B partnerships, market expansion, growth planning and cross-functional execution. You will help the Founder evaluate opportunities, structure partnerships, plan market launches and ensure that critical initiatives move from discussion to execution. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders while also managing detailed execution across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy

  • Work with the Founder to define business priorities, growth plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Evaluate new markets, customer segments, channels, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build business cases, commercial models, and decision-support analyses.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, timelines, and ownership.
  • Establish management dashboards and conduct structured performance reviews.
  • Identify business, operational, and execution risks before they affect launches.

B2B Partnerships

  • Build and manage a pipeline of registered chit fund companies and strategic partners.
  • Support or lead partnership discussions, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop proposals, partnership structures, rollout plans, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate due diligence, documentation, agreements, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure that signed partnerships progress towards implementation and customer activation.

Partner Implementation

  • Create partner-specific implementation plans covering product, technology, marketing, and operations.
  • Coordinate data exchange, programme listing, process mapping, training, and launch readiness.
  • Conduct regular partner review meetings and maintain action trackers.
  • Resolve cross-functional blockers involving technology, onboarding, marketing, or operations.
  • Establish partner performance reports and escalation mechanisms.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from partnership closure to ongoing partner success.

Growth and Market Expansion

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for B2C acquisition through digital, branch, field, and referral channels.
  • Work with growth, marketing, and creative teams to launch partner-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor the complete funnel from lead generation to KYC, approval, programme joining, and first payment.
  • Track acquisition cost, conversion rates, activation rates, and channel performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, customer experience, retention, and referrals.
  • Ensure growth initiatives contribute to sustainable revenue and partner value.

Founder’s Office Execution

  • Own selected high-priority initiatives on behalf of the Founder.
  • Coordinate across product, technology, marketing, customer success, and operations.
  • Prepare decision notes, management reports, board materials, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build accountability through clear owners, deadlines, and review mechanisms.
  • Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external meetings when authorised.
  • Mentor junior team members and improve execution discipline across projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 3-7 years of relevant experience in startups, fintech, financial services, consulting, strategy, growth, partnerships, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing strategic or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Experience dealing with B2B partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM systems, and project-management tools.
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • Strong judgement when working with confidential business and customer information.
  • Knowledge of fintech, regulated financial services, payments, KYC, or customer onboarding will be valuable.
  • Fluency in English is required; Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage.
