- Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery and closure
- Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Manage client requirements, communication, feedback, and escalations
- Monitor project progress, risks, resources, budget, and quality
- Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, and implementation
- Lead ERP, POS, CRM, and software implementation projects
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Drive team accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

- 3+ years of experience in Software Development, ERP Implementation, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology Projects
- Experience managing cross-functional and client-facing projects
- Proven experience in successfully delivering multiple projects
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification is an added advantage
