  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development efforts by setting clear goals and ensuring timely delivery of application components.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application features with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
  • Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
