Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop AI applications leveraging Azure AI Services and cloud-native architectures.
• Work with Databricks for data processing, model integration, and AI solution development.
• Implement and maintain orchestration frameworks for multi-agent workflows and LLM-based systems.
• Create and execute evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance, accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Develop data retrieval and transformation logic using SQL and integrate with enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI
• Experience building RAG applications and knowledge retrieval systems
• Proficiency in Databricks
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services
• Hands-on experience with AI Evaluation Frameworks and benchmarking
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Orchestration Frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)Preferred Skills
• Python development experience
• LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Vector databases and semantic search
• API development and integration
• MLOps and CI/CD for AI applicationsRequired Experience
• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM-based solutions
• Experience delivering AI solutions in production environments
