Founder's Office – Strategy, GTM & Corporate Development

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Experience: 2–5 years

Function: Founder's Office | Strategy, GTM & Corporate Development

About RagaAIRagaAI is a venture-backed startup ($4.7M seed funding) building the world's #1 AI testing platform. We help enterprises mitigate AI risks and ensure model security and reliability through automated testing and diagnosis.

The RoleWe are looking for a high-caliber Founder's Office professional to work directly with the founder across company strategy, go-to-market, fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic partnerships.

You will act as a force multiplier for the founder and sales leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between a market analysis, a GTM plan, an investor conversation, and a financial model — often in the same day.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will own projects from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → execution.

Work Model & ScheduleA significant share of our customers and investors are US-based, so this is not a typical 9-to-5 role. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule that regularly includes evening and night hours to overlap with US stakeholders. We offer a hybrid model with a modern Bengaluru office and full autonomy to manage your schedule around US time-zone collaboration.

Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Work with the founder to define and execute RagaAI's strategic priorities and company OKRs.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, customers, and emerging trends across AI and enterprise software.
  • Evaluate new markets, products, and business models; build business cases for strategic decisions.
  • Translate insights into frameworks and actionable recommendations for founder-level decisions.2. GTM & Sales Strategy
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to shape and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Support product launches, new market exploration, and key GTM activities.
  • Build internal dashboards and reports to track pipeline, revenue, and business performance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks in the sales motion and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support strategic partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem relationships.3. Fundraising & Corporate Development
  • Work closely with the founder on fundraising strategy and execution across current and future rounds.
  • Build an understanding of the investor landscape: VCs, growth investors, and strategic investors.
  • Prepare investor presentations, company narratives, market sizing, and financial analyses.
  • Maintain the investor pipeline, outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing investor communications.
  • Support financial modeling, valuation analysis, and fundraising scenarios.
  • Coordinate diligence requests across finance, product, technology, and other functions.4. Founder's Office & Strategic Initiatives
  • Own high-priority, often ambiguous cross-functional projects critical to the company's growth.
  • Prepare board decks, investor updates, decision documents, and internal strategy materials.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to keep priorities aligned.
  • Act as a thought partner to the founder and step into new areas as priorities evolve. What We're Looking ForMust Have

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create compelling, concise executive and investor materials.
