Job Title: Program Manager – Automotive Seating Systems experience Mandatory

Location: MSKH, Pune (Chakan)

• Experience: 4–10 years (Not above 10 years)
• CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (exceptional cases up to ₹20 LPA)
• SHIFT: General SHIFT
• Industry: Automotive Car Seating ONLY – Mandatory

Key Requirements:

• End-to-end program management from RFQ to SOP.
• Strong experience in car seating / seating structure NPD and program launches.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA and IATF 16949.
• OEM customer management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in program timing, cost, quality, tooling, validation and production launch.
• Important: Candidates from Automotive Seating Systems experience Mandatory
