E-commerce Manager - Amazon and TataCliq

Modern Quests is a premium omni-channel retailer that sells lifestyle products and homeware items to the affluent Indian customers. Our main categories include home and decor, tableware, glassware, bathware, kitchenware and also travel accessories. This is an important role to manage all Amazon listings, sales, brand pages, advertising & also manage listings on TataCliq Luxury.

Office Location:

Saket or Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, New Delhi

Main Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for increasing visibility and revenue on Amazon and TataCliq Luxury by managing the following tasks:

  • Handle product uploads/updates including titles, A+ content, images, descriptions, etc.
  • Manage Amazon advertising campaigns and total ad budgets
  • Handle brand page updates on Amazon and check parent/child links, category attributes, compliance checks
  • Do regular price and content checks, upsells, reviews, coupons
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing performance of various products and categories

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong e-commerce skills with minimum 3-4 years of experience in online marketplaces and product merchandising
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales reports, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
  • Fluency in speaking and writing English
  • Previous working experience with Amazon Seller Central / Seller Flex / FBA is required
  • Strong experience working with MS Excel or Google Sheets for preparing reports and analytics
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
