We are seeking a talented Java Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with exposure to cloud-native technologies and modern software development practices. What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and enhance microservices-based architectures supporting enterprise applications.
  • Develop event-driven solutions utilizing Kafka for messaging and real-time data processing.
  • Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Develop REST APIs and integration services for internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
  • Contribute to cloud-based deployments and modernization initiatives on GCP.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile delivery activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for application problems.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices within the Java ecosystem.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
  • Experience designing and building microservices-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
  • Experience with Maven, GitHub, and modern software development practices.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
