Role Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Consultant – Python Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development, architecture, and delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.

Key Skills

• Python – 5+ years
• Django / Flask – Strong production experience
• AWS – EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, API Gateway
• Apache Kafka – Producers, consumers, topics, partitions & event-driven architecture
• Technical Leadership – 3+ years leading/mentoring engineering teams
• REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORM
• Docker, CI/CD and production support
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability and performanceKey Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices.
• Write and review high-quality Python code.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Design Kafka-based event-driven solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
