Lead Full-Stack & Agentic AI Architect

Location: India Hybrid - (B'lore- HCM Layout)

Experience: 5–8+ Years | Domain: Enterprise Engineering, Agentic AI & Data

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Java Engineering: Architect and deliver enterprise applications in Java (Spring Boot / Web APIs) from requirements to production deployment.
• Agentic AI Solutions: Design and deploy production AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Data Engineering: Build and maintain ETL and analytics pipelines on Databricks integrated with cloud platforms.
• APIs & DevOps: Develop scalable REST Web APIs and deploy containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Data Management: Model and optimize relational and time-series databases (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, SQL Server).
• Quality & Leadership: Maintain clean code, CI/CD pipelines, and test coverage (including AI-generated code); mentor distributed international teams.

Core Requirements

• 5–8 years in web application development with strong Java / Spring Boot and Web API expertise.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, MS Agent Framework).
• Practical experience with Databricks (ETL/Data Engineering) and databases (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, SQL Server).
• Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes, clean code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication for cross-border collaboration.
