Role Description This full-time, on-site Program Manager role is based in Bhopal. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential rooftop solar programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, tracking project milestones, and resolving operational issues. The role involves aligning stakeholders, communicating progress to leadership, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners. The Program Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic program decisions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in operations management, process optimization, and on-site project execution, preferably in solar, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of project management tools or software to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and customer-focused service delivery.
