We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Head – Analytics Technology Consulting & Solutions to lead technology consulting, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics engagements. The role combines deep technology expertise, business consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership to shape and deliver scalable, high-impact analytics solutions for strategic clients.

The successful candidate will partner with CXOs, business leaders, sales and presales teams, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify analytics-led transformation opportunities, and translate them into differentiated technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Consulting & Client Advisory

• Partner with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and opportunities for analytics-led transformation.
• Translate complex business requirements into technology-led analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, decision-making, and business performance.
• Advise clients on data and analytics strategy, technology modernization, platform selection, architecture evolution, and implementation priorities.

2. Analytics Solutioning & Architecture

• Own the design and development of end-to-end analytics solutions across data strategy, data engineering, cloud data platforms, data integration, BI and visualization, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Define scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution architectures aligned with client business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and technology ecosystems.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, tools, and architectural patterns based on business needs, scalability, performance, interoperability, and total cost of ownership.

3. Presales, Consulting Proposals & Solution Offerings

• Work closely with sales, business development, and presales teams to identify, shape, and qualify analytics consulting opportunities.
• Lead the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, statements of work, architecture designs, delivery models, and commercial estimates.
• Articulate solution value propositions, technology differentiation, implementation approaches, business benefits, and expected outcomes to prospective clients and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling through analytics modernization, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required qualifications

15+ years of experience in data, analytics, consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation, with significant leadership experience.

Demonstrated experience leading large, complex analytics programs and multiple concurrent client engagements.

Strong hands-on experience in solutioning, architecture discussions, estimation, proposal development, and delivery planning.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics and data transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.

Experience managing senior client stakeholders and handling critical escalations.

Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data engineering, data warehousing, BI, advanced analytics, and AI/ML.
