TECHNICAL SOLUTION ARCHITECT / ENGINEERING LEAD – REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY

Our engineering teams architect mission-critical systems that bridge R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations—building scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that accelerate time-to-market for life-saving therapies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex enterprise systems—translating business, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Bridge product, engineering, and client teams to ensure delivery alignment across roadmap, sprint cycles, and stakeholder reviews.
• Own architecture governance—enforce design patterns, security controls, compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), and platform standards.
• Drive technical delivery across cross-functional teams—mentor engineers, conduct code/architecture reviews, and resolve critical path blockers.
• Advocate for platform modernization—from monolithic legacy to cloud-native microservices, APIs, and containerized workloads.
• Collaborate with QA & DevOps to embed quality, CI/CD, and observability into the delivery lifecycle.
