Program Manager – EV Two-WheelersLocation: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (on-site)

About the roleOwn our electric two-wheeler programs from concept to production launch: timelines, cost, quality and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run vehicle programs through proto, validation, pilot and SOP using a stage-gate process.
• Coordinate R&D, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and sales on one timeline.
• Track BOM cost, program budget and supplier readiness for builds.
• Manage battery, motor, BMS and charger integration with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive homologation (ARAI/ICAT, CMVR, AIS-156) and launch readiness.
• Lead issue resolution and RCA for build and field problems.
• Report program status, risks and decisions needed to leadership; act as the interface for fleet / B2B customers.Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Automobile Engineering.
• 3+ years in automotive or EV, with hands-on program or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of EV systems: battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers.
• Comfortable with BOMs, supplier follow-ups and project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira or Excel).
• Highly advanced communicator in English, Tamil and Hindi is a plus. To be able to handle global clients.
• Good to have: PMP / Six Sigma, startup experience, exposure to fleet EV deployments or battery swapping.
