Full Stack developer

About the roleAs a Full Stack Developer at Talentlo, you will design, build, and ship features across the entire product stack — from intuitive front-end experiences to robust back-end services. Your work will directly shape the platform that transforms how companies hire.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full-stack features using React Native, Node.js, and Python across web and mobile surfaces
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power seamless candidate and recruiter experiences
• Architect and optimise relational database schemas to support reliable, high-performance data access
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability
• Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to engineering standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, implementing lasting performance improvements
• Manage version control workflows using Git, including branching strategies and pull request reviews
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and sprint planning ceremonies
• Integrate third-party services and cloud infrastructure components to extend platform capabilitiesExperience & qualificationsMust-have skills
