Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Implement business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Customize Salesforce features, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain Visualforce pages where required.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deploy solutions using Change Sets, CI/CD tools, and DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and experience with Aura Components.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, architecture, and security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and Salesforce deployment processes.Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Flow Builder and migration from Process Builder.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader or ETL tools.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Administrator.Technical Skills Summary
