Role Description The Technical Co-Founder & Investor will play a central role in defining and building the core technology stack and product architecture for Pratibharat Innovations. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, involving close collaboration with other founders to translate problem statements into scalable technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading software design and development, setting technical standards and best practices, reviewing code, and overseeing deployment and maintenance of products. The role also includes evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, building and mentoring a technical team, and establishing robust processes for security, performance, and reliability. As an investor, the individual will participate in strategic decision-making, support fundraising conversations, and contribute capital and networks to help grow the venture.

We are looking for someone who is more than a senior developer.
