Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Product Owner to own the end-to-end feature journey across multiple company products. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, ensure rapid product testing and feedback, track delivery progress, and drive continuous improvements aligned with business goals.

Experience in FinTech, consumer-facing products, or scaling digital products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own features end-to-end, from requirement gathering and prioritization to development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements across multiple products.
• Product Testing & Feedback: Actively test product features, identify issues, usability gaps, and improvement opportunities, and provide quick, actionable feedback to development teams.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Delivery Management: Prioritize product backlogs, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure features are delivered quickly without compromising quality or business objectives.
• Management Reporting: Regularly communicate product status, delivery progress, risks, blockers, and key milestones to management.
• Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and ensure product releases deliver measurable business value.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with product testing, identifying issues, and providing rapid feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple products or feature streams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FinTech or consumer-facing digital products.
• Previous experience supporting product growth, scaling digital products, or improving user adoption.
• Understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and product performance metrics.
• A strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action, speed, and continuous improvement.
