Project Manager

Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Senior Program/Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale account delivery. This hybrid leadership role bridges the gap between Strategic Project/Program Execution, Business Analysis, and Quality Engineering Leadership.In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for end-to-end program governance, client relationship management, and financial health. Additionally, you will drive business requirement elicitation and directly oversee the account’s cross-functional QA horizontally, ensuring that testing strategies, automation, and quality benchmarks align seamlessly with business objectives

Planning & Estimation: Formulate and baseline detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, resource plans, and effort estimations across multi-track initiatives.

Scope & Change Governance: Define boundaries, manage baselines, and control scope creep through formal change control processes.

Financial Management: Manage project and account P&L, budget forecasting, billing, resource utilization, burn rates, and margin optimization.

Risk & Issue Governance: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks.

Agile Leadership: Champion Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure predictable sprint velocity and release cadence.

Client Engagement: Serve as the trusted delivery partner and primary liaison for client leadership, product directors, and executive sponsors.

Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct regular steering committee reviews, cadence calls, and status reporting, ensuring full transparency on milestones, risks, and budget.

Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Manage competing priorities across business, operations, and technical teams to reach consensus.

Requirement Elicitation & Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to capture high-level business goals, user journeys, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Scope Refinement & Traceability: Translate complex business needs into epics and user stories, maintaining end-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Solution Validation: Ensure technical implementations directly satisfy underlying business objectives and functional specifications.
