We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead AI innovation, drive technology strategy, and build scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development and deployment.
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures and GenAI solutions.
• Guide teams on model training, evaluation, interpretability, and deployment best practices.
• Drive AI governance, explainability, and bias mitigation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and foster innovation across teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, ONNX, and LangChain.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and model deployment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing technology labs, innovation centers, or AI programs.
