Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
2-5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, automation engineering, or related technical disciplines. Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise platform capabilities, shared services, automation solutions, and developer productivity platforms and relevant experience working across areas of the Platform engineering.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams.
Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
1 cloud certification required - AWS cloud practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Google Cloud- Cloud Digital Leader
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading enterprise platform transformations, cloud modernization programs, developer experience initiatives, or AI-enabled engineering programs.
Experience defining technology strategy and influencing organization-wide engineering standards and roadmaps.
Relevant industry certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps, platform engineering, software development, automation, AI/ML, data engineering, or related technologies are preferred.
