Role Description The Computer Professional role at Shilpa Bharati is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. In this role, the professional will work on programming tasks such as developing, testing, and maintaining software , Tagging, Billing , stock maintain , orders, booking aligned with project requirements. The position may involve operating or interfacing with computer-controlled machinery, supporting machining-related workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Computer Professional will also assist in teaching or training activities, helping learners or team members understand basic computing, programming concepts, and safe use of equipment. Additional responsibilities include documenting work, collaborating with colleagues on project planning, and ensuring that systems and tools remain secure and functional.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills, including writing, testing, and debugging code
- Ability to work with or support machining processes, especially where computer-controlled systems are involved
- Experience or interest in teaching, training, or mentoring others in technical subjects
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting
- Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and adapt to evolving project needs
