Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LLM Model Developer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, and domain adaptation to develop and optimize AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune LLMs using instruction fine-tuning and domain-specific data.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and relevance.
• Prepare and preprocess datasets for model training.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
• Lead technical decisions, guide team members, and provide technical support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
• Knowledge of NLP and Transformer architectures.
• Experience in data preprocessing and model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
