Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and modern full-stack development practices. This role involves leading development initiatives, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Design and manage database solutions using SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
• Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and cloud deployments.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Engineering Principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
