Job Description

  • Work in an Agile environment with a fun team to meet the project timelines.
  • Develop best-in-class, high-standard code.
  • Contribute in all phases of the software development cycle.
  • Develop Lightning Components.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Interact with Client’s key Business and Technical stakeholders for Solution Designing and Architecture.
  • Manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
  • Create Technical Documentation.
  • Work with Salesforce connected apps.
  • Work in a complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce.
  • Work with CI/CD-based deployment.
  • Work with industry-standard repository tools like GIT.
  • Work with large-scale enterprise organizations with Front/Back Office.
  • Play the role of a Technical Lead in at least 2–3 SFDC projects.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5-7 years overall experience with 5+ years relevant Salesforce Development experience (Position 2) or 4+ years relevant Salesforce experience (Position 1).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
  • Apex, Asynchronous Apex, and Apex Triggers.
  • Visualforce and Visualforce Templates.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Salesforce Communities.
  • Good understanding of SSO.
  • Git and good understanding of CI/CD.
  • Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I.Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer.
  • Cloud: AWS knowledge.
