Senior Data Analyst – E-commerce Fulfillment

The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the e-commerce fulfillment product area. This position is responsible for leading data analysis, generating actionable insights, and supporting the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to post-launch evaluation. The Senior Data Analyst will partner closely with product managers to understand business needs, uncover patterns in user behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvement. Additionally, this role will mentor and coach junior analysts, ensuring high analytical standards and fostering a culture of learning within the team. the e-commerce fulfillment journey. experiments, and measure post-launch outcomes. stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. datasets efficiently and accurately. automation initiatives in fulfillment. requirements, and success measures role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities across business or product context.
  • Partner with product managers to define metrics for product discovery, evaluate e-commerce or technology environment.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to communicate.
  • Apply advanced SQL and data extraction techniques to analyze large, complex items into actionable insights.
  • Utilize machine learning concepts to identify predictive trends and support intelligent technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals,
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of machine learning concepts in a
