AI Product Manager – Feasibility, Underwriting & Investment

Location: Remote

Experience: 10+ yrs (6+ real estate investment/underwriting; 3+ product/analytics/AI)

Role: Own AI product vision, roadmap and backlog for market research, site screening, feasibility, underwriting and investment approval. Specify agentic AI tools for development appraisals, IRR/NPV, due diligence and investment papers — with full traceability and model-risk governance. Investment decisions stay with the committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define AI agents for market/site intelligence, feasibility and underwriting
  • Specify appraisal, sensitivity and scenario tools; standardise templates
  • Build investment-paper and due-diligence agents
  • Back-test products; apply model risk management and data protection
  • Essential: Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Real Estate/Business/Engineering; hands-on appraisal modelling; investment-committee papers; multi-country investment experience.
