Technical Project Lead – AI/ML & Web Applications We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Project Lead with expertise in Machine Intelligence (MI), Machine Learning (ML), AI interfaces, and web application development. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on technical role in designing, developing, and integrating AI models into a web-based platform. This role requires a strong background in picture analysis, feature extraction, and training custom Large Language Models (LLMs). Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in **leading a team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality AI model deployments.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML components and their integration with web applications.
Design, develop, and implement “image processing and feature extraction algorithms” for picture analysis.
Train and fine-tune custom Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
Implement data cleaning, augmentation, and preprocessing strategies for training ML models.
Develop AI-powered APIs and integrate them into web applications.
Participate in hands-on coding alongside the development team.
Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure quality and scalability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data engineers, and backend developers to deliver a seamless product.
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AI models in production environments.
Manage AI/ML pipelines, deployments, and MLOps workflows.
Guide and mentor junior developers in AI/ML best practices.
Required Skills & Experience (MUST HAVE): *
AI/ML & Computer Vision:
Proficiency in Python /C++/C#, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Strong knowledge of image processing techniques (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, CNNs, ResNet, VGG, custom architectures)
Experience with data labeling, feature extraction, and supervised/unsupervised learning
Hands-on experience in *training and fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Hugging Face Transformers) *
Expertise in data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation for ML training
Understanding of NLP, Transformer models, and model optimization techniques
Web Application Development: *
Full-stack development experience in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (Frontend)- desirable– knowledge of asp.net forms
Strong backend development skills in Node.js, asp.net, FastAPI
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL server ) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases
DevOps & Deployment: *
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines for ML models
Cloud deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Knowledge of MLflow, model versioning, and monitoring
Leadership & Project Management:*
Prior experience leading AI/ML development teams
Strong ability to review code, conduct technical evaluations, and mentor junior developers
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in satellite/drone image processing
Familiarity with BIM/ERP system integrations
Knowledge of edge AI deployment for real-time inference
