Role Description The Application Developer Intern will support the development, testing, and maintenance of web and software applications in an on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and debugging code, assisting with database integration, implementing front-end changes using CSS, and helping integrate components and APIs into existing systems. The intern will collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, document technical work, and contribute to resolving issues and improving application performance. This internship role is designed to provide practical experience in full-cycle application development while working closely with a skilled technical team.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write clear, maintainable code.
- Basic understanding of Databases and data modeling, including querying and integrating data into applications.
- Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end implementation for styling and layout.
- Familiarity with Integration concepts, such as working with APIs and connecting different application modules.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and common software development workflows is an advantage.
