1. Role SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead our engineering teams across backend (Node.js), frontend (React.js) and mobile (Flutter) development. You will own technical direction, delivery quality and team growth. The role needs strong hands-on technical judgment, a clear understanding of coding standards and code governance, deep working knowledge of GitHub workflows, and experience designing and running solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You will be the bridge between business goals and engineering execution, making sure products are built to be scalable, secure, maintainable and delivered on time.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture and roadmap across backend, web and mobile platforms.
• Review and approve system designs, architecture decisions and technology choices.

• Define, document and enforce coding guidelines, naming conventions and best practices for every tech stack in use.

• Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps pipelines; enable automated build, test, security scanning and deployment.

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS or Fastify, and TypeScript.
• Designing RESTful APIs (and GraphQL where needed), microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Async programming, event loop behavior, streams, worker threads, clustering and memory/performance profiling.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis), with ORMs such as Prisma, TypeORM or Sequelize.
• Authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Caching, messaging queues, API security (rate limiting, input validation, Helmet, CORS) and API testing (Jest, Mocha, Supertest).Frontend
• Strong expertise in React.js (hooks, context, functional components), along with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• State management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query), routing, and component-driven design; knowledge of Next.js is a plus.
