Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a leading IT services organization.

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Chennai

💼 Experience: 15–20 Years

🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday + 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale technology programs and application development teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of banking applications and technology projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee J2EE, Java, Spring, Microservices and Oracle-based applications.
• Manage project timelines, risks, SLAs, budgets and delivery quality.
• Lead large teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Conduct project reviews and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with strong technical leadership and program/project management experience.
• Mandatory banking domain experience in NPA, Loans, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking or Digital Banking.
• Strong Java/J2EE application design and development background.
• Experience with Microservices, Spring, Oracle and containerization.
• Experience managing T&M and Fixed Price projects.
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in IT services and service delivery.
