Job OverviewL&T Finance is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably in high-volume B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, and Pydantic AI.
• Build LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, copilots, and conversational AI applications.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and LLaMA.
• Implement MCP, A2A protocols, tool calling, memory, and agent orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Deploy and optimize AI applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Monitor production performance, latency, reliability, and cost.Required Skills

• Experience in production deployment, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and LLM optimization is essential.Experience Requirements
• 6+ years of overall application development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Proven experience taking AI applications from PoC to production.
• Experience building scalable, reliable, high-volume applications.Preferred: Candidates with experience in enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems, LLM fine-tuning, GPU-based inference, and production observability.
