Digital Systems Lead – Construction Site Apps

KV Developers is part of ReaRCo, a restructuring and turnaround group that works on practical solutions to real-world problems. We are building a technology-driven construction company and are developing a range of in-house digital tools for our projects, starting at our residential project in Greater Noida West.

About the role

Our site already runs on in-house mobile apps for snagging and de-snagging of flats, daily monitoring of works, labour and contractors, and reports for management, built on Google Workspace and AppSheet with scripted automation. More tools will follow.

We are looking for one person to own the day-to-day running of these apps: making changes, keeping the data clean, testing before release, training site staff and contractors, and making sure the apps are actually used on site. You will work directly with the founder and the project leadership. Most technical design and coding is prepared with AI tools; your job is to turn decisions into working, well-tested tools quickly and get them adopted on site.

What you will do

• Configure and release changes to the apps (AppSheet) and their data (Google Sheets); keep a change log.

• Own master data: users and logins, roles, contractors, locations, work items and assignments.

• Test every change on a test copy before release, and run field tests with site teams.

• Train engineers, foremen, contractors and vendors in Hindi and English, and follow up until the apps are used daily.

• Track adoption and data quality, and send a short written summary each evening.

• Collect feedback from site and management into one list, and prepare specifications with AI tools for decisions.

• Act as second administrator for Google Workspace and related accounts; keep access, backups and documentation in order.

• Support a planned move of the data to a SQL database with a senior technical reviewer.

What we are looking for

• 4 to 8 years in residential or commercial construction as a civil, QA/QC or planning engineer, or a no-code developer with real site exposure.

• Confident with Google Sheets and at least one no-code or low-code tool (AppSheet preferred); able to read simple scripts.

• Comfortable working with AI tools (for example ChatGPT or Claude) to draft, check and document work.

• Methodical about testing, data and documentation.

• Fluent in Hindi and English; able to train site staff and hold contractors to a routine.

• Discreet with confidential data and systems.

Good to have: Apps Script or JavaScript, SQL, Looker Studio, MS Project or Primavera, experience rolling out a site app or ERP module.

Location and hours: at our site in Greater Noida West, Monday to Saturday; hybrid once the rollout settles.

Reports to: the founder, working closely with the project head on site and the planning head.

Compensation: competitive, in line with experience.
