- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Python and LangChain.
- Build and optimize RAG-based applications using vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other LLM models into business applications.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI applications using FastAPI or Flask.
- Create prompt engineering strategies to improve model responses and accuracy.
- Implement document processing pipelines for PDFs, Word documents, emails, and structured/unstructured data.
- Work with embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI workflows.Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.
- Knowledge of RAG Architecture and semantic search implementations.
- Experience with Vector Databases:
- Pinecone
- ChromaDB
- Weaviate
- FAISS
- Azure AI Search
- Proficiency in API development using FastAPI or Flask.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Tool Integration.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or Cosmos DB.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Experience working on Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI and Autonomous AI Agents.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with Graph Databases such as Neo4j.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Ontology models.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, or Databricks.
- Exposure to NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience in chatbot, virtual assistant, or enterprise AI solution development.
