Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager – Small Home Appliances based in South Delhi. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of small home appliance products, including market research, concept development, requirement definition, and launch planning. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market and competitor data, defining product features and specifications, coordinating with design, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams, and managing pricing and positioning strategies. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing to plan promotions, monitor product performance, and manage inventory, as well as collecting customer feedback and recommending product improvements. The Product Manager will prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or category management for consumer electronics or small home appliances, with strong skills in market analysis and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data and metrics for decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, IT, telecom, or FMCG sectors; familiarity with retail and distribution channels is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site in South Delhi, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic product management or project management tools; experience with pricing, margin analysis, and cost optimization is beneficial.
