Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, experience building RESTful APIs, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models in MongoDB and/or SQL databases.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React, including component architecture and state management.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or SQL databases.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Git, and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL and NestJS.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Memcached.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
