Cybersecurity Product Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Product Engineer with AI/ML expertise to support the design, engineering, implementation, and optimization of next-generation cybersecurity solutions. This role combines cybersecurity engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and security analytics to improve threat detection, incident response, security posture management, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong fundamentals in cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies, with a passion for building intelligent security solutions that can scale across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Security Product Engineering

• Build, configure, and maintain enterprise security products and security platforms.
• Assist in developing innovative security capabilities using AI and Machine Learning.
• Support integration of security products with cloud, network, endpoint, and identity platforms.
• Participate in product lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and operational support.

AI/ML Security Solutions

• Develop and support AI/ML models for security analytics and threat detection.
• Analyze large volumes of security telemetry and operational data.
• Assist in creating predictive security use cases and anomaly detection models.
• Support implementation of generative AI solutions for cybersecurity operations.
• Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives across security functions.

Security Analytics

• Perform data analysis to identify security trends, anomalies, and patterns.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support cyber operations.
• Develop KPIs and metrics for security effectiveness and platform performance.

Threat Detection & Automation

• Enhance threat detection capabilities through AI-driven analytics.
• Support Security Operations teams by improving detection logic and alert quality.
• Build and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Assist in implementing SOAR and AI-powered response capabilities.

Product Innovation

• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity and AI technologies.
• Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
• Recommend improvements to security products, workflows, and architecture.
• Research AI applications in cyber defense, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Create operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
