Recruiters get a streamlined dashboard showing pre-scored, matched candidates, making it easy to compare, shortlist, and reach out directly, no manual resume screening required. Candidates build their profile once and stay discoverable to recruiters, instead of repeatedly applying to job after job. TalentDraft's mission is simple: remove the noise from fresher hiring. Currently free for candidates, and free for recruiters during beta.

Role Description

The AI Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power TalentDraft’s AI-driven hiring platform. This full-time, remote role involves developing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating AI models, and creating responsive front-end interfaces that deliver a seamless experience for candidates and recruiters. The developer will collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to translate requirements into scalable features, optimize performance, and ensure secure handling of user data. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, reviewing peer implementations, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions that support rapid iteration and growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building scalable services and APIs.
Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with Full-Stack Development across modern frameworks, databases, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience integrating or consuming AI/ML services (e.g., model APIs, inference pipelines) is highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of version control (Git), testing practices, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) and basic DevOps concepts for deployment and monitoring.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from design to production.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain front-end and back-end features for the TalentDraft platform
Work on AI-driven features such as resume scoring and candidate-matching logic
Integrate with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) for scoring and interview features
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Debug, test, and improve platform performance and reliability
Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and roadmap
Take ownership of features end-to-end, from idea to deployment
