Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UKG Workforce Analytics & Reporting Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Kronos Workforce Management, UKG Pro WFM, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and workforce reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing workforce reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support workforce planning, labor management, payroll operations, and business decision-making.

The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of UKG modules, reporting capabilities, SQL, data analysis, and workforce management processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG reporting capabilities.
  • Develop workforce analytics and reporting solutions using UKG Workforce Management data.
  • Analyze Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management, and payroll-related data.
  • Develop productivity reports, labor utilization reports, overtime analysis, and workforce performance metrics.
  • Build customized reports and data views to support HR, Payroll, Operations, and Management teams.
  • Work with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro Workforce Management platforms.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze workforce data.
  • Utilize UKG reporting tools, BIRT reporting, and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for reporting and data integration requirements.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver appropriate analytical solutions.
  • Support workforce scheduling analytics, shift management, staffing requirements, and labor compliance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and payroll reconciliation processes.
  • Support reporting enhancements, system upgrades, testing, and production deployments.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in UKG Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG reporting and workforce analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.
  • Experience developing custom reports, dashboards, and workforce data views.
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with workforce data analysis, payroll reporting, and labor analytics.
  • Knowledge of UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and reporting integrations.
  • Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UKG BIRT Reporting and custom report development.
  • Knowledge of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro WFM.
  • Experience with healthcare workforce management and hospital scheduling environments.
  • Exposure to workforce productivity, overtime, labor utilization, and staffing analytics.
  • Experience with Python-based reporting automation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, and XML.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, and PeopleSoft.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UKG Kronos / UKG Workforce Management.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes and reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale UKG implementations, enhancements, and reporting projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
