CAFM Technology Specialist (ERPNext)

Dtech Information Technology and Outsourcing Pvt Ltd
Kochi, Kerala, India

About Our Group:

Delight Investment Group Holding Ltd (DIG) is a diversified business group with a growing presence across the GCC and international markets. The group operates across four core sectors – Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Oil and Gas Products and Services, and IT and Outsourcing – delivering integrated, reliable solutions to a broad client base through its family of specialised operating companies. This role sits within the Facilities & Support Services Division, spanning the following entities:

  • Delight International Facilities Management (DIFM) is a leading provider of integrated hard and soft FM services, including MEP maintenance and technical facilities support, to commercial, residential, and industrial clients across the UAE.
  • DeBug Pest Control Services is a trusted provider of pest management and hygiene solutions to commercial, residential, and industrial clients, built on safety, compliance, and consistent service quality.
  • Dmaids Cleaning Services is a cleaning and housekeeping company offering residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and housekeeping services through trained and reliable professionals.
  • Delight International Security Services is a professional security solutions provider offering manned guarding and related protective services, underpinned by trained personnel and strict compliance standards.

About the Role:

  • Our CAFM application is going live across Facility Management, Pest Control, Maid Services, and Security Services, four business teams, each with its own operating rhythm.
  • Your focus is what comes after launch. Go-live is only the beginning; making the application genuinely work for the people using it every day is the real job.
  • As a CAFM Technology Specialist, you will act as the functional and technology bridge between the business teams and our technical support/development team. You will be responsible not only for handling requirements and supporting users, but also for proactively improving the CAFM platform, standardizing processes, increasing system adoption, and maximizing the utilization of available ERPNext/CAFM functionality.
  • The expectation is to continuously identify opportunities to improve operations through technology rather than simply responding to incoming requests.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the CAFM/ERPNext platform, ensuring continuous improvement, effective utilization, and user adoption.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, manual activities, and automation opportunities across business functions.
  • Establish and maintain standardized CAFM processes, workflows, master data, and governance across service lines.
  • Lead post-go-live support, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, user guidance, and system stabilization.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable system solutions, prioritizing standard functionality over unnecessary customization.
  • Prepare BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria and coordinate with technical teams through development and UAT.
  • Drive process optimization and system adoption across Facility Management, Pest Control, Maid Services, and Security Services.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and implemented solutions to ensure they deliver measurable operational improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–7 years of experience in CAFM, CMMS, ERP, Business Systems, Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-functional role.
  • Experience supporting and improving a live business application.
  • Strong understanding of facility management/service operations.
  • Experience with work orders, scheduling, site visits, contracts, SLAs, manpower deployment, assets, preventive maintenance, or similar operational processes.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system workflows.
  • Strong understanding of the difference between standard functionality, configuration, process improvement, automation, and customization.
  • Proven ability to prepare BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical/development teams.
  • Confidence to challenge requirements constructively and recommend better solutions.
  • Strong mindset toward standardization, system adoption, automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • ERPNext / Frappe experience is highly desirable.
  • CAFM / CMMS / Facility Management experience is highly desirable.
