Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, Microservices and SQL, and will contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade solutions used by utilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Work with databases and develop efficient SQL queries.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding and development best practices.
• Identify and resolve application performance and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, preferably Java 21.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
