Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions that support the company’s operations and survey-related platforms. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing requirements, developing and testing system components, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring that systems meet quality, security, and compliance standards. The Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements, adopting best practices, and supporting new technology initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in engineering principles (e.g., software, systems, or related disciplines) and ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in relevant technical tools or programming languages appropriate to engineering roles (such as common development, testing, or automation tools).
• Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues in a structured and systematic manner.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing project needs, and follow inclusive, ethical, and non-discriminatory practices.
• Prior experience in engineering roles, survey or data-driven environments, or similar domains is an advantage.
