About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Backend Application Engineer to help build and improve the server-side systems powering our software products. The role involves developing application logic, managing data, integrating services, and ensuring reliable application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and business logic.
• Design and integrate REST APIs for application functionality.
• Work with databases to manage data and optimize queries.
• Connect applications with third-party services and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and application deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in backend development or a related field.
• Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Java, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of SQL, database concepts, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Basic understanding of authentication, application security, and error handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
