We are hiring across two focus areas:

🔹 1. Program Manager - Enterprise Projects | 3–5 Years of Experience

• Lead urban, self-serve digital health pilots targeting consumer and employee populations.
• Drive partnerships with corporate HR, employee wellness teams, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate digital rollout with product and engineering teams to improve user adoption and engagement.
• Track pilot performance, gather user insights, and document outcomes to support scale-up and go-to-market initiatives.🔹 2. Program Manager- Last-Mile Programs | 5–8 Years of Experience
• Lead government and last-mile digital health pilots from partnership development through field execution and impact assessment.
• Engage with government departments, philanthropic foundations, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate on-ground activities, including baseline screening, field logistics, and execution monitoring.
• Capture program data, document impact, and translate field learnings into actionable scale-up strategies.
