Associate Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

What You'll Do:
- Own product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery and prioritization to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, workflow discussions, and feedback sessions with enterprise users and finance teams.
- Identify customer pain points, validate product hypotheses, and convert insights into scalable product opportunities.
- Build and maintain a data-driven product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with UX/UI, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver products and features with the required quality and timelines.
- Track product success metrics such as adoption, Response rate, automation rates, workflow completion, and business impact.
- Analyse product usage, customer behaviour, and business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Explore opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data intelligence to complex enterprise finance workflows.
- Solve product challenges involving ERP integrations, business rules, data accuracy, and enterprise workflows.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand market feedback and improve product adoption.
- Stay informed about industry developments, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software.
- Experience owning products, features, or significant product areas from discovery through execution and launch.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured approach to breaking down complex business problems.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into simple, scalable product solutions.
- Familiarity with Product documentation such as PRD’s, ticket creation, and related documents.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Figma, and modern product management practices.
- Experience working on 0-to-1 products or features is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered products, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting, finance, or ERP processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
