Role Description The Senior Technical Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This position involves providing expert technical consulting to clients, including assessing requirements, designing solutions, and guiding implementation and adoption. The role includes delivering advanced technical support, diagnosing complex issues, and performing thorough troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance. The Senior Technical Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to proposals and solution presentations, and support sales efforts by explaining technical capabilities and benefits to clients. This role also requires documenting solutions, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry practices.

• Strong consulting skills, including client engagement, requirements analysis, and solution design.
• Robust technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Sales-related capabilities, such as supporting pre-sales activities, presenting technical solutions, and contributing to proposals.
• Experience in a senior or lead technical consulting role, preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
