We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer/ Technical Architect - Java at VP level to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms supporting Investment Banking and data-driven business solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 9+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & Distributed Systems
  • Strong expertise in Kafka, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL/MongoDB
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker and CI/CD
  • Proven ability to architect end-to-end solutions with focus on scalability, performance, resiliency and low latency
  • Strong experience in technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews and engineering best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have: Financial Services/Investment Banking, Python/FastAPI, Databricks, Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, Angular/React.

Location: Pune
