About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of engineering and technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of products and solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in Semiconductor, ASIC Desing, Embedded Systems, IoT, Product Engineering, or related technology domains will be preferred. Exposure to the Semiconductor or VLSI industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, product, and quality teams to ensure timely program execution.
• Define project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Track program progress and drive execution against key deliverables.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to leadership teams.
• Manage scope changes, priorities, and program-related escalations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Support project estimation, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate effective team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Experience managing technology product development programs, preferably in Semiconductor, ASIC Desing, Embedded Systems, IoT, Product Engineering, or related technology domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent management qualification.
• Prior experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Exposure to VLSI, ASIC, SoC, Silicon Validation, FPGA, or Product Engineering programs.
• Experience managing complex engineering or technology-focused projects.
• Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
