Job Description

  • Design and build NLP and LLM solutions for healthcare applications.
  • Develop clinical information extraction and document-understanding systems.
  • Create prompt frameworks, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning experiments.
  • Build evaluation, benchmarking, and error-analysis tooling.
  • Analyse model performance and drive quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical AI specialists on labelling and data quality.
  • Support structured data generation from complex clinical documents.
  • Contribute clean, maintainable Python code for production-oriented systems.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 1.5-4 years of experience in ML, NLP, LLMs, or data-intensive engineering.
  • B.Tech from T1 Engineering college - IITs, NITs, BITS
  • Strong Python programming and software development skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, and embeddings.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of precision, recall, F1 metrics, and experiment design.
  • Ability to work with messy real-world datasets and clinical edge cases.
  • Ownership mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
