Role Description The Co-Founder and Business Partner is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves shaping business strategy, defining service offerings, and driving growth across manpower and IT solutions. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing key operations and service delivery. The Co-Founder will collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, while guiding recruitment efforts and workforce deployment to ensure high-quality service standards. This position requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to strengthen market presence and support sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, assess business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication abilities for client engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and internal team coordination.
  • Proven sales skills to acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth in staffing or related services.
  • Marketing expertise to develop and execute strategies that promote company services and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Research capabilities to explore new markets, understand client needs, and benchmark competitors and industry practices.
  • Experience in manpower supply, staffing, HR services, or IT solutions, preferably in leadership or entrepreneurial roles.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Lucknow, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, IT, or a related field; an advanced degree or prior co-founder experience is an advantage.
